Firsts

Today was a day of firsts.  The first time I chaired a meeting and the first time I blogged.  Twenty-first century here I come.

What I took away from today`s PLC meeting was that people realize the power of the PLC model but need to move away from the theory behind why it works and toward the practise of implementation.  We have realized that talking about what needs to be changed and changing are two separate things. Talk is cheap.  We are ready to put our PLC into action.

In the weeks leading up to our next meeting we have decided as a group to post to our staff folder.  What are we going to share with the masses?  IDEAS... ideas we come up with, good news that is happening with our members and useful things we have come across that may benefit others.  We also are brainstorming new ideas to help to implement our TLCP projects at the beginning of second semester.
